No, the city tax required by the Municipality of Rome is not included. This tax is 3,50 euro a day per person, except children until 10 years of age. This tax must be paid cash upon arrival.
The price indicated is always for the room. It is nonetheless important to choose the right type of room carefully.
Absolutely. Every morning from 8am to 10am a rich typically italian breakfast is served. You can savour fresh and fragrant chocolate, cream or jam croissants, as well as biscuits, crispbread, bread, seasonal fruit, honey, jam, yogurt, milk, fruit juice, american coffee, espresso coffee, cappuccino and tea.
Those who prefer a savoury breakfast can taste our toasts with mortadella, salame, ham and cheese. Upon request, we can also provide gluten and lactose free products.
Check-in is from 2pm. If you arrive earlier you are welcome to leave your luggage with us.
Check-out is until 11am. You can leave your luggage here until your departure time.
We are present at the b&b from 8am to 2pm but we are available 24 hours a day for any need.

There was nothing to not like, this place was absolutely perfect , great restaurants in the street,train station and bus stop just around the corner and Mario was very welcoming, he has done a great job of renovating his apartment it is clean comfortable and has a lovely terrace to go and sit after a long day, Mario has gone to a lot of trouble to make sure you’re stay is pleasant he has even gone to the trouble of doing a suggested itinerary of 2/4or 7days to see the best of Rome, much better than any hotel I have ever stayed in , if I could I’d give 12 out of 10 Cheers Mario and thank you
